Tuesdays & Thursdays | 6:30am Start your day the right way. Da Boot Camp is a high-energy morning conditioning session designed to wake you up, push your limits, and set the tone for the day ahead. This full-body workout combines: • Strength and conditioning • Boxing-inspired movements • Cardio and functional training • A mix of weighted and bodyweight exercises Sessions are challenging but scalable, making them suitable for all fitness levels. Expect to build strength, stamina, confidence, and mental resilience in a motivating, no-nonsense environment. Perfect for early risers who want to train hard, feel strong, and leave energised -– not exhausted.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any class or Personal Training session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the session being charged in full or deducted from your membership/package. Failure to attend a booked session without notice will be treated as a no-show, and the session will be forfeited. If a session or class is cancelled by us, clients will be offered an alternative session or a credit where applicable.
