Box Stars (Ages 5–10)

Service Description

Wednesdays | 4:45pm – 5:30pm A fun, high-energy introduction to boxing designed especially for younger kids. This class focuses on teaching the basic fundamentals of boxing in a safe, playful, and supportive environment. Children will work on: • Basic boxing skills & coordination • Fitness, balance, and agility • Confidence, focus, and discipline • Teamwork and respect for others Perfect for beginners, all abilities welcome. No experience needed, just energy and enthusiasm!
