Tuesdays & Thursdays | 6:00pm Box HIIT combines the skill and power of boxing with the intensity of high-intensity interval training to push your fitness, endurance, and mental toughness to the next level. Unlike traditional box fit sessions, this class adds HIIT-style training to increase heart rate, burn calories, and build real conditioning. Sessions include: • Boxing combinations on the bags • Split training – alternating between bags and floor stations • A mix of weighted exercises and bodyweight movements • Fast-paced intervals designed to challenge and motivate Expect a full-body workout that builds strength, stamina, confidence and resilience, all in a supportive, high-energy environment. Suitable for all fitness levels, with options to scale intensity as you progress.
